Clearly Aeris was never meant to be named Aeris! Everybody working on FFVII just happened to miss the thousands and thousands of typos in the game dialogue, on the merchandise, the manuals, the strategy guide, the press releases and the official Squaresoft website! The Walt Disney Corp fixed it! /s
